Weaver is a passionate outdoor sportsman and dedicated volunteer. His active involvement in our community spans many years. He is not only committed to preserving our history, but also champions numerous innovative projects that benefit the community.
Weaver championed the Street Surfaces Improvement Program (SSIP), which focuses on milling and overlaying existing streets that do not require complete reclamation. This program aims to enhance the quality and longevity of streets without the need for extensive reconstruction.
To thank local Veterans and active Military members, Jeff initiated the Waterfowl for Warriors event in Anoka more than a decade ago.
One of the founding members of the Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC).
Weaver sees how the City of Anoka is uniquely positioned to enjoy both rural and city life. The fusion of the outdoor and city lifestyle allows access to pretty amazing experiences. Weaver has brought forward fresh ideas supporting activities like boating to dinner, taking a side-by-side to go shopping, or snowmobiling to meet up with friends downtown.
Weaver’s approach applies business principles to municipal management to ensure efficiency, accountability, and financial health bringing the best return to the taxpayer.
